The price includes water, gas and electricity. It doesn't include bed clothes.
The weeks of letting go from Saturday to Saturday (hospitality begins at 12 the day of arrival, hand over the keys by 10am on day of departure).
The hiring of two consecutive weeks a discount of 15% for the third week and over a further 5% discount.
A deposit of 300 is requested and it will be given at the end of the stay.
You can book only via transfer and at least the 20% of the fee is requested.
Fees related to Christmas and Easter time and other official holidays will be agreed form time to time.
